Our Commitment to Your Legacy At LEANIN, we want you to cherish your jewelry forever. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.
The Golden Rule of Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original premium packaging. Jewelry that shows signs of wear, scratches, or has been altered will not be accepted.
A Note on Our CORE Collection (S925 Sterling Silver): Please understand that Sterling Silver 925 is a noble metal that naturally reacts to the environment (oxygen and moisture). This process is called tarnishing and is not a manufacturing defect. It is a natural characteristic of the metal. With proper care using our "Jewelry Care Card" and regular cleaning, your piece will maintain its brilliant shine for generations.

- Pieces that have been used for events/photoshoots and then returned (we perform a rigorous quality check upon return).
